Then bus or domestic flight with Tsaradia to Antsiranana(DIE).
Bus from Antananarivo to Antsiranana approx 26 hours for approx 40€ (cheap road trip).
From Nosy Be to Antsiranana by boat and bus about 10 hours for about 30€ for experienced travelers. Luxurious with organized transfer for about 180€ for up to 4 people.
Regional flights direct to Antsiranana (DIE) from Reunion and Mayotte with Ewa Air, Air Austral or Air Madagascar.
A 1-3 month tourist visa can be obtained on arrival for under €100.
